You can add assessments to your trackers.
Select Standard for Assessment
Click on Trackers [1], then select a tracker.
Hover over the standard title and click on Assess [2].
Add Assessment to Tracker
Click on Add Assessment, then click on Search the Community.
The assessments are sorted to include the standard you selected, both single standard and multi-standard assessments. Use the drop-down menus and tabs for additional sorting.
After you've selected an assessment, click on Add to Tracker.
