You can add collaborators to a tracker.
Open Tracker
In Global Navigation, click the Trackers tab [1] and then click the name of the tracker [2].
Navigate to Add Collaborator
To manage the people associated with your tracker, click the People link [1] and select Add Collaborator [2].
Add Collaborators

Enter the names of teachers, schools, or districts to search for the educators you want to add as collaborators. Once you've selected who you want to add, click on Update. Those teachers can now add to and edit your tracker.
